TH1RTEEN R3ASONS WHY *SpOiLeR aLeRt*

Hannah Baker committed suicide...! She couldn't take it anymore. The guidance didn't help and she couldn't trust any of the sick people in her school except for Clay but she was still so scared to open herself up to him.Why didn't she trust him if he had such a good reputation?

Easy he knew he had a good reputation so if he did something terrible no one would think he actually did it. So thats why she didnt trust him and she was just used to people using her. But the thing is Clay liked Hannah and she kind of knew that so she had no reason to not tell him everything. She tried talking to her guidance counselor about it to see if someone could help her and since he wasnt able to help her after she gave herself a second chance... you guys know what happened.

The title of the book explains everything that these 13 people did to her on audio tapes. It was sent to the 1st person and after they listened to all they had to pass it on. Clay was on the list and he had no idea what he did to her. But when he listened to the tape she was apologizing for not opening up to him.

Quince 15

Violet is no ordinary Latina girl. Most Latina's want to have a quincenera, but Violet doesn't. She loves being her.She doesn't want to follow her abuela's traditions for the quince. When her grandma told her she had to wear a pink, fluffy dress she didn't want it.

She had to think about everything. If she wanted to take over the quince or let her grandma and mom do all the work. Personally I would rather do it myself because of course I would have different taste from an old lady amnd whatever my mom says I do the opposite. The funny thing is Violet thought just that and decided to take matters into her own hands.

She is now the one in charge and before her mom or grandma decides to do something they probably have to check with her first to see if they can go through with it.

WAKE... UP... ALREADY??

The book Wake by Lisa McMann is about a girl named Janie who just has had it tough. She gets picked on just because of her clothes, and to make thing worst she can get into other peoples dreams if they fall asleep in the same room as her. If people knew that she could get into their dreams they would put her in a nut house and that would just make her reputation even more worse than it already is.
In most books about people getting dreams there is always the person that knows what is going and the say that it's your dream so you control it. If one of the rich popular kids in Janie's school was in her position they would get help as soon as possible. The characters in this book are all about ego and reputations.
It's so annoying that this is all they care about. Towards the middle of the book Janie meets Cabel because he knows about what she can do and he basically becomes attached to her because he knows what she is going through because he knows what its like being an OUTSIDER.

Premonition Demolition

The book Red is For Remembrance by Laurie Faria Stolarz is one in a series of four books about a girl named Stacey Brown who gets premonitions of people dying. In one book she dreamt that her friend was going to get killed and she always peed her bed. Later on in the book she found her friend tied up in a porta potty. Another one was about a girl she had just meet being stabbed to death and when she woke she always had a nosebleed. In truth the girl was only trying to kill herself.
In this book Stacey is sharing dreams with this other girl. She is trying to help the girl because the girls father asked her to but the girl wont let Stacey help her. At first the girls dad didn't know what do. They visited doctors but they all just thought the girl was going crazy. The he heard about Stacey and asked for her help.
When I first started to read these books I had dreams to and I started to think they were premonitions of my future. I started to worry but forgot about it thinking maybe these kinds of thing happen only in movies and books. So far I think that's true because nothing that happened in my dreams has happened, yet.

Welcome to Gatlin, South Carolina

The book I am reading right now is called Beautiful Darkness by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl.
The major problem right now is that the protagonist named Lena is trying to figure out her fate. She might turn light or dark. She is a caster. A caster is like a witch basically. Her problem is that she is trying to see ahead into the future and she automatically thinks she is going to be dark because of what the town thinks of her. Her boyfriend Ethan knows that she won't go dark even though they met a couple months ago.
Lena is so insecure before she never really used to think about if she was going to go dark until the people of Gatlin thought of her in a terrible way. In fact, she never even thought about it until the night of Halloween. It was a major holiday to casters so all her family came and Lena's mother tried to take her. In her family the child didn't live with their parents. Lena didn't know that it was her mother she just thought she was going to die. She didn't find out that it was her mother until a couple days later.
Lena found out that her mother is Sarafina. The darkest caster known. Then Lena thought for sure she would be a ark caster but in THE BOOK OF MOONS it says that "even the darkest magic is light." Lena didn't believe that just because of Sarafina.

Why is she acting like that?

WHY IS SHE ACTING LIKE THIS? I KNOW IF WE TELL HER HOW SHE HAS BEEN ACTING SHE WILL TAKE IT THE WRONG WAY. I SO WISH THAT I COULD SAY SOMETHING. YOU SEE MY FRIEND SASPARILLA* HASN'T BEEN ACTING HER USUAL SELF. I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S BECAUSE SHE IS TRYING TO IMPRESS A BOY WAY OUT OF HER LEAGUE OR SHE JUST FEELS LIKE SHE NEEDS A CHANGE. IF IT'S OVER A BOY I SAY TO HECK WITH HIM BE YOURSELF AND HE'LL LOVE IT. IF IT'S JUST BECAUSE SHE NEEDS A CHANGE THEN I'M OKAY WITH THAT. BUT IF MY FRIEND NOEL* AND I TOLD HER THAT IF SHE IS HERSELF SHE WILL TAKE IT THE WRONG WAY. MY FRIEND NOEL TOLD HER AT GYM THAT SHE SHOULDN'T WEAR CHURCH CLOTHES TO SENIOR PROM. IT WAS MEANT AS FASHION ADVICE BUT SASPARILLA TOOK IT THE WRONG WAY AND TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS DONE WITH NOEL AND HER ATTITUDE. I TOLD SASPARILLA IT WAS FASHION ADVICE BUT SASPARILLA DIDN'T THINK THAT'S WHAT NOEL MEANT SO I LET HER THINK THAT. WHAT SHE DID THAT REALLY TICKED ME OFF WAS THE FACT THAT SHE DIDN'T TELL ONE OF HER BFF'S WHO SHE LIKES. I DON'T CARE BUT SERIOUSLY SHE TOLD THIS GIRL SHE MEET ON LIKE THE SECOND WEEK OF SCHOOL IN SIXTH GRADE BUT SHE DIDN'T TELL HER FRIEND WHO TALKED TO HER ON THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL IN SIXTH GRADE WHEN YOU DIDN'T KNOW ANYBODY. NOW IT'S EIGHT GRADE AND STILL NOBODY KNOWS WHO THE HECK SHE IS AND SHE WANTS TO CHANGE THE WAY SHE ACTS AND ACTS LIKE A CLONE OF MY OTHER FRIEND NAMED TINA*

* = NAMED CHANGED NOT REAL NAMES OF PEOPLE PERTAINING TO THE STORY
